NIPCO plans $3bn gas project, eyes indigenous construction

According to a report by Random News Portal… NIPCO Group has announced plans to develop a Floating Liquefied Natural Gas project in Nigeria, estimated to cost over $3bn with a 3m tonnes capacity.
